School History Curriculum

Our School History Curriculum aims to instil in Mee Tohians a deeper appreciation of values through the inspiring stories of our founder and the school's journey. The curriculum is supported by two key storylines, which align with the text and displays in our Heritage Centre:

Showcases the resilience of pioneers in turning challenges into opportunities
Highlights the collective efforts of our school community in creating a conducive learning environment

Our Founder's Story

Illustrates resilience in the face of a challenging childhood
Demonstrates care for others and active contribution to community and nation
Emphasises how core values guided the founder's actions

School Heritage Ambassadors

Selected students are trained as docents to guide visitors through our Heritage Centre, sharing our school's rich history and values. Through this curriculum, we aim to connect our students with their school's roots, inspiring them to embody the values that have shaped Mee Toh School's legacy of excellence and community service.
